Visit Qatar
I stumbled upon this news about Indians do not require a visa to visit Qatar for a limited period of time. I just came back from Russia and Kazakhstan and was thinking about my next solo trip. Now the question was where is Qatar. I have only heard about Qatar airlines so far and I thought it was an airline brand. Even if I had heard about it, I never paid attention or tried to look it up.
Who wouldn't want to travel without hassles? Getting a visa is important but it takes time, money and effort and if its rejected, all of it goes to waste and we give up hopes on travelling to that country again. As my travel goal, I have decided to visit all countries that are visa-free for Indians and once in a while, I may travel to some country on visa too.
So here is what I found about Qatar.
Qatar is one of the middle east countries. It shares its border with Saudi Arabia. Most part of the country is covered in desert. Like the United Arab Emirates, Qatar has also rapidly made its presence felt in international forums and affairs. Qatar stands on 2nd in the list of countries having the highest Gross National Income. That's Huge! You must be wondering why it is important to know about it and how this information will be helpful as a tourist. It's because It's important to get the lay of the land before you walk into unknown territory.
